The Good! Government Committee has distribute the following flyer to the residence of Playa Del Sol. We feel the world should see it.

Following is the response to the above

Response To: Good? Government Committee!

It is NOT POLITICAL. It is very FINANCIAL. It is about our $2,600,000.

Tell us who you have signed our money to.

Buildings need repair and under good management even have PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE. (Repair before it breaks) and BEAUTIFICATION. But not the way you are doing.

So far you have submitted account for $682,515 which shows $204,390 for destruction and rebuilt of our planters and $112,810 for remodeling the pool.

Did you really beautify the planters?

Did you really remodel the pool?

Engineers and Doctors are trained to create, preserve and repair. They don’t destroy.

Destruction of all planters (at the pool deck & in front of our building) and to destroy our mature plants in the name of “repair and stop leaks” is not BEAUTIFICATION.

JUST TELL US HOW MUCH A SQUARE FOOT OF TILE AND BRICK HAS COST US. (Why are you withholding?)

If you tell us, I will stop asking.

Your Hot Dog & Chili party proved that people here at the Playa Del Sol are smart and want results.

Now if you don’t tamper with the election, you will lose.

We hope some day we have an account for the cost of one square foot of tile and brick installed in the Playa Del Sol. Only on that day we will have the true feelings of walking on GOLD, SILVER or Clay.
