1- Mr. Leeds is President of Board of Directors and Construction Manager of Playa Del Sol.

2- Mr. Jack La Marr is a director in the Board of Director of Playa Del Sol.

3- Mr. Felson is resident of Playa Del Sol and is suing Playa Del Sol for $2,000,000 and Jack La Marr is his attorney.

4- There are chatters that Mr. Leeds President of Playa Del Sol Board of Directors is romantically involved (Dating) Mr. Felson sister in Law.

5- Lawyer representing insurance company is Josephs Jack Esq. Trial & Appellate Lawyers, Miami Florida.

6-Claim file number is 5G17204  and is with Brown and Brown Insurance company.

7- Messer: Leeds, Jack LaMarr and Felson are long time acquaintances.

Is this Law Suit real? Has accident really happened ? Mr. Felson claims the television set in the exercise room has fallen on his head.  What force is needed to be exerted to the heavy TV set with it's Center of Gravity close to it's large area base sitting on a platform. For the TV to tip over. The Center of Gravity has to fall outside of the wide base. Are we in defiance of basic laws of Physics and Dynamics? Did this really happened?
