How much tolerance we owners of Playa Del Sol have?

To see that our Board of Directors allows contractors to destroy our building piece by piece and get paid for it.

North side Parking Garage Entrance.

South side Parking Garage Entrance.

The contractor did not dig and remove dirt to bring the level of paved to or below the parking garage level. Heavy rain will flood parking garage.

Who has favored the contractor? and accepted this poor quality job that is not acceptable even in any of the third world countries?
